RULES AND INFORMATION FOR CHAPELFIELD CAMPSITE
 
No noise or BBQ s after 11.30 pm. We want all our guests to enjoy their stay and have a good night’s sleep and therefore we ask that you extinguish all BBQ s and keep noise to a complete minimum after 11.30 pm. If you have any problems with noise after 11.30 pm please do not hesitate to let me know. Call me on 07807 471621 at any time or come up to reception. I stay on site over night, please don't suffer in silence
 
No music, please respect your neighbours and not play music at any time
 
       Please shut the gate behind you at all times, to prevent the wild ponies coming in      
                                                                                  
Pl      Please drive slowly at all times when on site. 5 mph speed limit at all times

No camp fires, BBQ s are allowed if they are kept off the ground. If you need bricks for a disposable BBQ they can be found at reception. There is a bin at the entrance for the disposal of used BBQ s
 
In case of fire there is a powder fire extinguisher at reception, there is also a small first aid kit

Kite flying is not allowed in the field due to overhead cables
 
Dogs must be kept under control at all times. No fouling, please clean up after your dog. There is a dog litter bin at the recycle area
 
Ice packs can be frozen free of charge at reception. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for any loss of packs. We recommend you clearly label and bag your packs. We have a pen at reception. There are ice packs which you can use while yours are freezing for a £1 deposit per pack. Please only take ones labelled CFCS
 
Rubbish and Recycling. Please help us and the environment and recycle correctly. The clear bag is for all paper, card, cans and plastic bottles, NO GLASS!! Glass should be placed in the bottle bank. All other rubbish must be placed in the black bag. Rubbish bags are available free from reception. The recycle area is situated at entrance to the site
 
A mobile shop will visit at weekends selling basic supplies such as milk and newspapers. Please check the information board at reception for details. This is a community shop run by local volunteers. Your support is appreciated

We hope you can follow and respect these simple rules. If you can't we suggest Chapelfield is not the Campsite for you. We accept the right to refuse admission and guest that do not comply with our rules will be asked to leave
 
USEFUL INFORMATION
 
The Fighting Cocks pub is a five minute walk turning right as you leave the site. They serve food all day including breakfast.
 
There is a fully stocked Spar shop and off licence situated at Sandy Balls Holiday Centre which is in the village. Sandy Balls can be accessed via a footpath indicated on the map. It is about a 10 minute walk to the centre. The shop also stocks camping equipment and will give cash back
 
Sandy Balls Holiday Centre is an established holiday park with many amenities including a tourist information centre, where they sell reduced rate tickets to some of the best local attractions and maps of the area including walks and cycle routes. They also have a cycle hire centre, restaurant, bar and take-away. They have cash points machines which will incur a charge
 
Arniss Equestrian located just past Sandy Balls offers horse riding with direct access onto the New Forest. Call 01425 654114 for information and bookings
 
Access to the New Forest is just past the Fighting Cocks. Ponies and cattle wander freely and it offers a great place to start a walk or just explore
 
The nearest small town is Fordingbridge situated 3 miles away. Turn right outside the entrance and right at the end of road. The town has a good size Co-op, several pubs and fish & chips, Chinese and Indian takeaways. It also has several cash points.The town is situated on the river Avon and has a riverside recreation area
 
Bournemouth is a half hour drive and boasts some of the best beaches in the UK. Follow the signs fromFordingbridge to Ringwood. From Ringwood we recommend you take the back roads to Bournemouth as the main roads can get busy in August. Southbourne and Highcliffe also have good beaches
